Affordable and convenient. I scheduled an appointment with Firestone and they told me to come back another day. My friend recommended this place and I called Steve up and he was able to look at my car as soon as I arrived. The inspection was half the price of Firestone too. I plan on using this place for other future car issues.

My car had just had its 1 year birthday when I accidentally picked up my lunch by the lid and dumped about 8oz of tomato soup straight onto the light gray upholstery of the driver’s seat. After hours of trying to get it out on my own, we made an appointment and dropped the car off for the day. When we picked the car up after work, it looked nearly as fabulous as the first day I bought it. So impressed.

My dad bought two groupons for us to use to have our cars detailed. I’m planning on trading mine in soon, so the timing was good. We set an appointment a couple months out, then we had to go out of town at the last minute, but they were happy to reschedule us for a week later with no issue. My dad’s suburban was done first, and when we pulled into the parking lot he was already exclaiming about how great it looked just from the outside. I had my SUV done the next day, and let me tell you, my car was a mess! I honestly haven’t deep cleaned it in the 5 years that I’ve owned it. It’s lucky to get vacuumed once every couple months. I had cup holders used to hold change that had gotten sticky from spilled drinks. There’s a well underneath the driver’s seat that seems to collect everything and the vacuum has never made it back that far. The vents have never been cleaned of dust. So, I was a little nervous about what they would say about my car. When I picked it up I was told “don’t worry; we’ve seen worse.” I must say that my car hasn’t looked this good since the first week I drove it off the lot! Even some of the little door ding paint smudges were buffed out by the nice wax my car received. This was a great experience and I would do it again. I think the 1-star review here is really unfair. Anyone who has used Groupon before knows that businesses get inundated with calls after the certificates are issued. If it’s for a service business like this that requires appointments, you are going to have a wait – it doesn’t matter what the service is. I have to say that the wait was worth it in this case. They do a great job, and they even have experience working on classic cars, so don’t be hesitant to take any vehicle there.

Got my truck in & out when I wanted. The mechenical polish & wax job made my 2001 truck shine & the scratches disappear. Engine bay looked great. I did have to touch up the interior some after they detailed it, but it looked pretty good.

I took my vehicle to fix the transmission in this company, although the error was not shown on the panel, the symptoms of the vehicle were explained in detail!! After the company’s diagnosis, they called us and told us what needed to be done, the repair was authorized. After taking the vehicle and taking the test, it had the same problem, that is, they fixed something that I didn’t need and that’s why they charged me U$4,000.00!!! I don’t recommend this workshop!!!! If you can look for another one, I guarantee you will be right!!!
