The best deal on synthetic oil changes I’ve ever even heard of!

This was my first visit to the shop, but it was obvious how much the staff cares about doing an excellent job. I needed some maintenance and brake work done before traveling out of town the next day and Peerless completed all the work in time! Very professional and courteous, you can tell that they want you to feel comfortable entrusting your auto with them! High marks!

Steve has taken care of our family of cars and he’s always the one I go to when I need ANYTHING fixed. I live on the plaza and I make the drive here. Throughout the last two or three years we have had terrible automotive luck, but recently I got my new Ford Focus serviced here for transmission shudder and it’s basically a completely different car. It gives me hope again! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. European, japanese, domestic or luxury cars, Steve and his team have done it all PLUS they are great with aftermarket, not that I have had the chance to use that service yet. They also always have a loaner car available which for me is very important. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Can’t beat the quality of work for this price!

The guys at Peerless took the time to try to recreate the noise I was hearing. They figured out it was a leek in the power steering hose, so they fixed it and had me back on the road in no time. Thank goodness they are good at what they do because I dropped it off with not much more than saying there was a noise when I made slow left turns. Great group of mechanics.

I had a rather minor repair done to my pickup truck here and upon picking my vehicle back up from being repaired and looking at my bill, there was a bit of a discrepancy. I was very upset, and I called on monday morning to speak with Steve about it. After explaining the way that I felt and discussing the repair with him, Steve understood my frustration and actually went as far as to refund the entire cost of the repair which was nearly $400. Not very often do you run across a man or an establishment that is run with such an honest and understanding way of conducting business. I was so impressed and satisfied with Steve’s response to my dissatisfaction that I refused to allow him to refund the entire amount. We came to an agreement on what was fair, and he refunded the balance. It’s unfortunate that this app does not permit me to give him 10 stars because I would! I will be sending anyone who asks me for a good repair shop to Peerless Automotive!

Exceeded our expectations! We had some spilled milk in a car gone bad type of situation and they completely got rid of the smell. Not only that, but did a thorough detail of our car and it is now like new again!

These guys are outstanding. Foreign or domestic, they are honest, quick and affordable.
